- Returns must be requested by emailing support@get-soberbreath.com to secure Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) guidance.
- Returned items must include the original device, accessories (all 5 hygienic mouthpieces, user guide, travel pouch), and packaging in good condition.
- Refunds cover the purchase price of the product and exclude standard return shipping & handling fees, unless the item was proven defective upon arrival.
